| Chinese Thriller Movie in 2008  | | | |  28th September 2008, another thriller movie directored by Gordon Chan will release. The movie is called painted skin. To be accurate, it's a joint-production between China, Hong kong and Singapore, based on the story from a famous novel written by Pu Songling in Qing Dynasty. | |  I saw this movie a while ago,so sad that the fox girl had to sacrifice herself to save the man she loves even though he doesn't really love her.I like that in the end theres a hint of a romance developing between the two demon hunters
This movie is actually based on a short story in Liao Zhai(Strange Tales From a Chinese Studio) by Pu Songling.In this story,a man meets a beautiful girl and lusts after her,but shes some kind of demon thing and something bad happens to him (can't remember the rest of the story)but the moral is not to be fooled by a pretty face.
