I recently just had a baby 7 weeks ago. The problem is that I had gained 64 lbs in my pregnancy. I have tried to exercise and eat healthier. The problem is that all I crave is junk. And even when I am not craving junk food I eat too much good food. I need some tips on how to curve my appetite. I have only lost about 20 lbs since I have given birth and need to lose another 40 lbs. Any suggestions?

The reason you are craving junk is either because you are eating too little in the efforts to starve yourself into weight loss, or you are not eating enough healthy fats (you need to eat healthy fats to lose weight and stay full longer) or you are eating maybe too many carbs--even if they are healthy low fat carbs. Basically, your blood sugar levels are not balanced causing cravings. I recommend you to go on the zone diet. I just wrote a good bit about it in another discussion thread. Type "zone diet" in the search bar and you'll get more info about it. GREAT diet for someone who has problems with cravings. good luck to you!

Thank you for your response . I will try the zone diet or I will at leats check it out. I do eat a lot of carbs. but I think that my major problem is all the time that I spend sitting on my computer. My someone just needs to come into my house and take it out. I think then my problem with weight will be solved.
