I work my own freelance doing marketing research and some form of consultancy for small businesses. I enjoy the interaction with individuals who sometimes know exactly what they want to do with their business but don’t know how to go about it. And most of all I enjoy the challenge of coming up with tailor-made cost effective and less expensive marketing ideas for their businesses. The most interesting part of the job for me is when my clients call or send me e-mails to say my ideas are working for them, this gets me excited and encouraged .I know there are some of us here who are also into either personal businesses or paid employment .Can you share with us, the most interesting part of your job?

When I was working, the most interesting aspect is every time my parents will approach me and tell me that they have seen that their kids learn a lot form me and change the attitude after enrolling in my subjects, all positive feed backs like this! It is very great and it motivates me to work and exert more effort in my job! Now, as a full time housewife, I believed the most interesting part of my role is to see my husband happy relaxing in the living room, enjoying the clean house and eating my trial and error food! LOL!

Hi! I do freelance writing for several magazines and newspapers in my country. I like the mental stimulation that my job brings because I get to learn about so many new things every time I'm assigned to write for topics I am not very familiar with. I also love meeting lots of people because I believe that each of us has a story to tell. My favorite articles to do are feature stories about families and individuals who have triumphed over difficulties. Oh and yes, another perk is I get to meet many famous people like movie and TV personalities as well as politicians when I am assigned to interview them or attend events and product launches.

I would have to say the travel and the international dealings. Because I work for a company that has offices around the world and I deal with clients and other staff from many different countries, I have the chance to learn to embrace many different business cultures and cultures in general. It certainly looks good on my CV too! lol.
