Earning for living is one of the reasons why we have jobs. Sense of fulfillment and passion for work are also some of the reasons as to why we work. I'm a career person, I like my work and I can't imagine giving it up. Yet, I know someday, something has the capability to make me give up the thing that I love to do...my job...I would still love to be a wife and a mother rather than being a career person...how about you? What will make you give up your job?

I had just given up my job because of my children..they need me, they are still very small..now i stay home and look after them...life is hard for me but i sacrifice because i love them...and then my job has lost its meaning a long time ago...and i do not like my workplace, i do not like my boss..she terrorizes me everyday and the pay is minimum...but main reason i quit was for my kids.

I used to be a career minded woman. I still hate bumming around. But when my 5yo son started to be a stranger, i know i need to do something. It's hard being a single mum. You gotta need to balance your time and be able to meet the needs of your child, as well as his well being, health wise. He got sick. I could not blame his nanny. But being a mother, i know if i should have been the one who take care of him, he would be as healthy. So i sacrifice my job and put up a business with my mum. She takes care of the business and i had my half share. I never regretted it eversince i left work. I love every day i spend with my son. He's my life and my joy. And i would give everything for him just to see him happy and healthy. Now, we are both inseparable! And he's not getting sick that often already. Being a mother, is a job, a rewarding job, a wonderful fulfilling job. ;) You get well compensated. Why? Because i got lots of hugs and kisses from my son everyday after his school. He shows me his many stars, and quite proud of it. I am proud of my 5yo boy. I may not have the money in the world, but i am wealthy, because i have My son. Which is my pride and joy.
