i can tell u are a very intelligent young man. you discussions are about over this old woman's head but i appreciate u sending them to me.what it means to me the fool is the one that doesn't know he is a fool. the smart person is not so bigheaded as the fool.

The quote is by William Shakespeare, in [i]As You Like It -
The fool doth think he is wise, but the wise man knows himself to be a fool.[/i]
I think it means that someone who thinks they are really clever, and thinks they know everything, is really a foolish person, because no one can ever be wise enough to know all there is to know.
When people accept that there are some things they don't know, they are aware of their own failings, and therefore they are wise.
