Tropic Chicken bake Take a chicken piece and put this mixture on top and bake in the oven for 30 mins 190. Mix some tomato sauce, butter, flour together, spread on the chicken. Open a tim of pineapple pieces, put half the pineapple on the chicken and around it, pour half the juice around and over the chicken, cook. Hope you enjoy
