Do you approve of a drug testing in your work place even without consent?

Most employers nowadays are screening applicants by also conducting drug testing. This is a pre-requisite before anyone would be accepted for employment. If you are already an employee and then suddenly, your employer requires that all employees must undergo a drug testing, would you comply? or would you consider it a violation of human rights for those who don't want to but are forced to have the test? What are your thoughts on this? Are employers entitled to this? Are employees entitled to refuse?
