do you love yourself?

i hear a lot of people says that you can't give love if you don't love yourself. do you believe in this? do you love yourself? i do, i love myself and i know that i have too much love not only from myself but also from my parents and friends. :) it is very important that you experienced to be loved before you can truly love. just my two cents. what's your take on this? please share. :)
