Estate planning |
| |
| Do you have your estate all planned out, will or trust written? Or still haven't done it? And if you have children, are you going to divide things equally, do things differently based on need or different interests or on how much they have helped you? Any special bequests to people outside the family or charities? Or leaving anybody out because they've offended you? If you have minor children, do you know who you want them to be with? Or are you just leaving it and not worrying and figuring it will all work out after you are gone? | | | | | |

| | nay, not yet. i am into just a couple of months of months away from my job. still a student. so, too premature a thing for me to do. i have thought that the best time to do this when you are 45-50. you can nearly guess how much your wealth will be, UNLESS YOU WIN A BIGGGGGGGGGG LOTTERY!! so, by that time, you are settled and can have your will written.. bye and take care.. | | | | | | |

| | :-) Well after all, if you had young children, and you had a relative you absolutely did NOT want them to end up with, you'd want to have it in writing to guarantee it! | | | |
