My lovely lecturer!!

You like this lecturer. But you suddenly realized that it just an ordinary feeling towards her, and you started to think that you like her more than a student to the lecturer. She's so kind to you and you started to feel the butterfly on your stomach, so you cannot handle the feeling sometimes.
Sometimes you took her class and got nothing that day but her smile that remains on your head. You like her, but you like her more. You know that it is wrong because it is not allowed for student having a relationship with the lecturer, but still.. you can't help the feeling.
One day you asked her her number, and you were very happy that you can get the number. You started to think about asking her out even you don't have the guts to do that.
You're her student. She's your lecturer.
But you like her so much.
What would you do in the situation?

I presume that you're in college/university now?
If you are, then you're probably a legal adult. YOu are free to make your own choices.
As long as she's not married, I would say "Why not"? But I would say your lecturer does not have romantic feelings towards you. You can try though, but I would recommend doing it after you finish the course.
That way, she doesn't feel any stress, and you don't get lessons compromised because of this.

Yes, I am in a university right now. I know that from the age I am a legal adult. But the relationship between student and lecturer is against the University rule. Especially that she is the head of the faculty. I don't want to ruin her life with doing something stupid. Just let her enjoy her life, until I graduate next year, I can do whatever I want to do. I had her number, remember? LOL.
