how long are you on the computer?

usually at home, like 4 hours a day, if im at the office, definitely 10 hours. its part of my job..

I think you are doing good if it is only 3 hours a day! I usually spend 3 or 4 hours of my personal time on the computer on top of 5 hours at work. My fiance logs about 7 hours at work another 10 afterwards.
