Have you ever waved to someone only to realize that they weren't the right

I will usually make sure before I waved to someone. This is so I don't get embraced.

LOL! Reminds me of someone I waved at the mall. He just looked a lot like my male classmate back in college from a distance, but when i got closer to him, he's not really my classmate! He must've thought I'm a weirdo..

many times...and its so embarassing...forget about waving ..i have even gone to the extent of patting them on the back only to realize that it was someone else...

hahaha! yes this has happened to me several times. The last time was with a person whom I thought was a guy friend. When he got closer, I realized that it was a mistake and I just turned around and walked away. At least it left the guy smiling. Haha!

well sure, they either just think you are friendly or wonder who in the devil that was waving at me. i have done it & had it done to me. don't feel stuid unless they foloow you home. lol

Yes I have done this a lot, it could turn into something embarrassing if you let it. As we get older we realize that it is best not to sweat the small things in life. If it is someone close by I just say excuse me I thought you where some one else.

[b]i don't think i have done that yet because normally when i get to see a person whom i assume my friend or a relative, i would go look closer to that person for me to be right about it. i don't want to grab a persons shoulder and find out i have talked to somebody who looks like someone i know. hahah! that would really be embarassing to my part. hahahah! happy posting and happy mylotting![/b]

Ya..I had many such embarrassing moments.Nothing serious about it, i will take them just like that.
