Today, Celphone is one of the necessities a person must possess. Celphones here in the Philippines are considered a best friend, a need. A need I say, because even during the state of the nation address by the Philippine President, she included txt messaging as an issue. She reduced the cost of txt messaging to 50%. Anyway, I wasn't satisfied by what she did since I am not an avid texter and I don't consider texting an issue at all. Okay, so my question is, do you own a celphone? How many sim cards have you had since? Are you happy with the president's act? hmmmm...
