What Kind Of Intelligence Does Obama Have?

Last night, September 4 for the record had on his show former New York Governor Mario Cuomo. Mario said that Obama is a new kind of intelligence. Now he went onto say that Obama was young and bright. He has a different attitude toward the world, a more cosmopolitan attitude. My question is about the first line, a new kind of intelligence. Was the former Governor speaking about a newly evolved kind of intelligence, was he speaking about artificial intelligence, was he talking about emotional intelligence, or was he speaking about something all together different.

Not sure what intelligence he is referring to. What does that more cosmopolitan attitude means? It sounds kind of snobish to me. I think some of Obama supporters have no clue as to how this nonsense is making it harder for him to reach some of the demographics that he needs to win this election.

Sorry to say but it sounds like a typical pre-electional trash to me. No difference in which part of the world we are residing, when the elections are coming near (with exception for dictatures of course, there it is used all the time) people are starting to make strange statements. "New kind of intelligence" belongs to these strange statements too.
