Anyone here with Atrial Fibrillation?

I have had paroxysmal a-fib diagnosed since May 1994. In June 2006, it went chronic and did not reduce back to occassional until April 2007. It, however still has episodes often and due to that and arthritis in my knees, I am currently disabled. From the end of July to the end of August I had the first month-long period free of a-fib since before it went chronic. Then I moved from one home to another and I have been so tired, even though I haven't done the moving work, but only babysat my grandson while my daughter moved me. I have had 2 full-fledged episodes in 2 weeks during the moving, and am in a-fib again tonight after a busy day doing grocery shopping and watching my grandson for the afternoon. I had my other grandson overnight last night because he wanted to spend time with me and likes to stay overnight. I am tired and need to rest but there is so much yet to be done since I moved. Everything needs unpacked and I need new living room furniture because I had to get rid of my old stuff as it would not fit right here. I also need shelves to put a lot of my stuff away on to get it out of boxes. Back when I first started coming out of the chronic a-fib, I would do just like I am now. I would have a lot more frequent episodes, especially after any extra physical activity such as grocery shopping. I don't even carry my groceries. My daughter does that for me. But the getting out and doing everything just gets me all worn out. Well, over this last year since around Christmas, I have been feeling better and not so tired. Now with moving I feel like this is all starting over again. I don't want to be back in chronic a-fib. It is bad enough having a day here or there where my heart is not in proper rhythm. Anyone else on here dealing with this health issue? There is no physical reason I have this condition that the doctors have found. I believe it is just related to how I deal with stress and I have been working on that which is why I think I was getting better over the last few months until now. Anyone else have stress-related a-fib? (I posted a brief discussion several months ago about stress and a-fib and someone replied telling me about some product. Please do not respond talking about products or medications or especially trying to get us to buy something you might be selling. That is not what this discussion is about. Thanks.)
