How do u spend ur time during power cuts?

hi vijbas.actually power cuts are really frustrating..but one benefit in that is that it is the only time where i give my pc some rest.also that is the only time i spend with my family members..lol.but if they keep on doing this the government wil fall soon..happy mylting..have a nice day..

actually we do not have as we live in a hospital area.in the rare cases when the power does get cut,i usually read.i love reading.

hey reading novels in dim light during night, will affect your eye sight. keep some emergency lamps while reading novels.. really tats a annoying thing to face the power cuts as this is the first time ever we are experiencing this kinda adequate power cuts. me too do the same as you do during day power cuts.. reading novels!! thats the time pass time i believe

Wow, Vjibas, that's terrible. Even though it's scheduled, it's still hard to bear, especially if the weather's hot.

There's nothing much to be done; except for reading, which I'd enjoyed very much, except that it'd be so hot and uncomfortable at home. Unless I can go elsewhere, like in the mall, or sit down at an air-conditioned coffee cafe, and read my books or work on my laptop!

Power cut. Those are the time when our PCs take rest. Hehe. Lol. I just started spending my time usefully. Our schedule is from 3 to 6 in the evening. 9 to 10 in the night and 4 to 5 early morning. 4-5 I never felt like power cut. I will be in deep sleep of course. Hehe. 9-10 I will just spend my time talking to my mom. Hehe. Thats one of the rare thing that I do. 3 to 6 I will clean my house, water the plants and will go for walk for an hour and take bath. These are the things that I have never done before except that bathing. Hehe.

Nice topic, the solution is going ahead with the nuclear deal.I just now heard that the NSG has waived the nuclear deal for India,I'm so happy for that.As India is growing very fast,we cannot be dependent on our present energy reserves.It was really wise decision taken my the Prime Minister to go ahead with the N-deal.Only N-deal can solve this power crisis.Feel happy that our future generation will be having enough power.So guys don worry you wont be having any more power cuts as the N-deal is going before the US congress on the September 8th.Right now we are having severe power shortage,but as we are having inverter at home I'm just doing my routine job.

we had a power outage today from 7am til 12nn. thank goodness my nintendo ds was fully charged, so i just spent my saturday morning playing animal crossing hehehe
before i would be using my mp3 playing to listen to music or the radio. way back then, when i didn't have both to entertain me during power outages, i basically spend my time complaining and cursing the power company lol.

hey vijbas. the power cut timings in my city is one and a half hours. the timings is between 10.30 and 12 in the morning. but since the power cuts are in the morning and that too for a short duration i somehow manage to engage myself. i listen to music in my ipod or play games in my mobile. sometimes i read novels. but if the timings would have been in nights then it would have been very difficult.

Well i stay in mumbai and in this city, there are very few power cuts and even if there is a power cut it has only been for 5 mins.Not more than that.And i have been staying here since past 10 years, so i have We have been without electricity for up to 2 days here.I'll tell you i seriously got soo stupid with that .No computer. No fan. Nothing to entertain you .i get soo boored in power cuts, i just wanted to kill my time so that the power can come back and i cansit under the fan properly and watch tv with a cold drink in my hand lol. hahahahaha. I mean If you aks me, i dont think so i can live with electricity. well but if you look at people in villages and all. People do live without electricity and they also have a happy life. Well i think it's all about adjustments and then later loosing all that to thats when the time you feel its worth. Thats why people waste lectricity for no reason at times becasue they dont know the worth of it.Well i hope they will only understand when they also live without electricity for sometimes and all.Well anyways nice discussion buddy and anyways happy mylotting to you
