I think you are not wrong in wanting to have a little TLC from your husband. But here is something not new about guys. We tend to be very ignorant and oblivious to the fact that our partner might want some bit of attention from us.
Try and make it be known. Hope he was just being daft for that moment. Communicate to him your feelings, I'm sure he would try to be more assertive of your feelings.
Take care and how's the ulcer going on..?

Of course you deserve a Good TLC especially with a sudden discovery of your ulcer. First of all I think you guys should talk it over, abut your ulcer and what your husband is feeling. SOmetimes guys are really numb with women's feeling because you know what. they don't understand and you as a woman is responsible to let him know exactly how you feel and how hard it is to have an ulcer. I'm sure if he really loves and cares for you he will understand and try to compromise maybe not as sweet as you imagined but at the very least could give you a little TLC. And of course don't ever forget to thank him or to show him how you appreciate him if ever he shows you TLC. Well good luck and TC

of course u aren't wrong to want compassion. men are so selfish & think of noone but themselves the most of the time. i am sorry u have an ulcer, please take care of yourself. your husband is probably the reason u have one if he treats u like that.
