There could be many ways to relieve stress:
1. Take up only that work which you are interested in..never try to get into something which your are not aware of.
2. Try to meditate for some time out of a days work.
3.Sleep well and atleast for 6hrs continuously at a stretch.
4.Try not to to indulge in any argument and if you do then resolve the matter then and there.
