4 ways to a stress-free life

I'm no counselor, but these are my opinions 1. eliminate the word stress from your mind 2. don't let other people's problems become your problems 3. always find a solution to the problem 4. always stay positive

There could be many ways to relieve stress: 1. Take up only that work which you are interested in..never try to get into something which your are not aware of. 2. Try to meditate for some time out of a days work. 3.Sleep well and atleast for 6hrs continuously at a stretch. 4.Try not to to indulge in any argument and if you do then resolve the matter then and there.

I think you're opinion here is closer to fact than anything I've read in a long time, I like this thank you for the suggestions. I have found keeping your outlook positive makes all the difference in the world.

Water Lillies - Flowers called water lillies, this picture give you a calming effect and is very colorful.
When I get overwhelmed at work, I put all my paperwork in one pile and just start at the top of the pile. I also remind myself, the work will be there tomorrow.
