You'll Be Alright..

Yeah, I get like that a lot. My husband works nights. So, I'm alone at night. Sometimes I start feeling sick or maybe get like an anxiety attack (I don't know if that's what it is) and I think, what if I get really sick and I'm by myself. Then I just tell myself, "Everything's going to be ok". You just have to believe that you're going to be alright and in the morning, things will be better.

What I do is pray, then I get on Mylot and answer discussions to keep my mind off of the situation,I be so busy answering discussions, my mind be on watching my points go up because I want to make payout, then the problem seem to disappear.

When I get this feeling, I usually do something I love doing, like writing or art (Artvertism, from now on )

It makes me forget about whatever's bothering me and let's me enjoy my day

Yes, usually this is what others say, you will be alright.
That is if there is anyone around to say that.
It is a terrible thing loneliness and I believe can kill a person.
That is why we must reach out and talk when we need to.
Isolation is not good and myLot is the perfect place to post your thoughts, have fun, and get paid all at once.

That happens to me a few times and and I cannot get to sleep and eventually it just goes for a short time though and I rally have forget about it in the end because its always about my husband he is a miseralbe person. Hugs

I do the same thing and I am sure that everyone else does also.. It doesn't have to be anything big, it can be a small slight and it will worry you to death.. I will work it out in my mind until I have it straight, then everything is ok.. I am not as bad as I used to be, I mellowed out a bit after hearing a verse in a Jimmy Buffet song, "Breathe In, Breathe Out, Move ON!!!!

That is some of the greatest advice ever, and it works.. But also, if it is something big, I do pray about it..

Strangely this is exactly what I am feeling just now while reading your discussion. I am alone with my teenage daughter and yes no one to share my feelings with except now with you my mylot friends. I do hope this feeling wears off soon.
