What are the charges incurred when we transfer money from paypal to credit card

I know that a pay pal fee of 5 dollars is deducted from our account if and when we transfer it from paypal to our credit card account ,but what i don't know whether we are charged by the credit card company too. o mean i have a icici bank credit card so will icici too charge me for transferring money from paypal.
