Do you have a hard time fighting laziness whenever you feel it?

Hi everyone!
Do you sometimes experience that you feel so lazy? Responsibilities that you have to do are lined up but you can't just start on any of them? And even if you start, it seems you're taking too long to finish it. What do you do then?
Why do you think sometimes we feel lazy? What do you think is the cause of this
?Does laziness has a connection with boredom ? Or it's just an attitude or behaviour that one experiences in their everyday lives. Can you fight it if you feel lazy
?

Oh there are some days I feel terribly lazy! Some days I wake up in the morning, wishing I didn't have to get out of bed at all. It's an aweful thing! It usually happens after several days of being too busy and suddenly I would just wake up one day feeling like I don't want to do anything at all. But because of the responsibilities I have to face each day, I don't have much choice but to overcome this feeling. I would tell myself to snap out of it and get on my feet right away, otherwise I won't get anything accomplished for the rest of the day. Laziness is something we can all overcome, especially if other people are dependent on the tasks that we need to accomplish during the day.

The laziness comes in due to the lack in energy mostly. The tendency to just go lying in bed or slumped on a chair, is something a lot of us go through very often. I've found deep breathing or a light exercise a good way to get myself slightly charged up. Then it becomes much easier to immediately take up whatever i had been delaying.

Nice tips. Breathing and exercise. Maybe these 2 should be done every morning after waking up so one can have the energy for the whole day. And I think I'm going to try it.
