How many of you read Prof. Mintzberg?

About 7 years back, while surfing net i accidentally came across this wonderful personality called Prof.Henry Mintzberg. After Peter Drucker I dont think anyone had made such an impact as Prof.Mintzberg had. His book Manager, Not MBAs is highly critical of the present day management and biz schools and their undesirable influences.
anybody who has more infos to share kindly do the same.
