Bunch up on vegetables and fruit! Find new ways to fix vegetables. Vegetable soup is great! Think plane for a while too. No sauces, no flour, Take all the white stuff out of your diet. And walk. The best way to lose belly fat is to walk. Make it a life change not just a fews months change.

Do's
Take oats porridge for breakfast.with milk and sugar or with buttermilk and salt.
Very healthy food with very low calories. Makes you stay filled for a long time
Lunch can be heavy. Eat whatever you like.
Dinner shouldn't be heavy. Infact you can skip dinner and have a big glass of milk before sleeping. We can manage as we are only going to sleep. But don't skip dinner if you have to stay awake for long.
Dont's
Avoid chips.
Avoid protien powders mixed with milk.
Avoid too much sugar.
Avoid curd and replace with buttermilk.
Avoid sweets and chocolates. Have them once in a week if you want to.
