Are some people naturally snobbish or they just learn how to be like one?

I must say i really dont like a snob,They just give me an impression that they have not been raised the right way by their parents.But where does the attitude really come from?Are they born that way or do they learn it through their experience in life?And can it be cured or nake that habit dissappear.Please leave a comment I want to hear from you.Have a nice day.

im not reall a snob person. but people mistaken me as snob. i really dont smile everytime. but if i know the person well i do smile to her/him. beside i have a blurred eye sight. i dont use my eyeglass everytime i went out of the house. so i really dont see them if they are still far. but when i see them near and i knew them i smile.
