I usually tend to be a follower. But, in some cases, where I have others that depend on me to do all the work, then I become a leader.

I am the boss of my organisation. I take important decisions. But I always take opinions of my employees before arriving at a decision. I give them freedom to share their opinions and suggestions and am friendly, without being too casual. I appear a leader for my employees while in reality and secretly I am only following them, without letting them know.
