How long can ice cream cake stay good inside the freezer?

My husband brought home a mango ice cream cake from a party last week. i have forgotten about it until now. It still taste good but am not sure if it is really that good. It's been in the fridge, frozen for a week. DO you think this is still healthy? I hope.

Well first of all ice cream cake in general is very unhealthy so i guess it isnt health at all, If your wondering on the taste why not just taste it yourself and then you can tell and everytime i leave something in the freezer for along time it just gets reallly really haard.
