live or die for something?  | | when i read catcher in the rye one of the things that stuck with me is holden's teacher's advice to him... the mark of maturity is when you want to live for something rather than die for it.
where are you? would you rather die for what you believe in not giving yourself a chance to open your eyes to the rest of what the world has to offer? or live for something you fiercely believe in even if it saps you of your idealism after awhile leaving you jaded with the world?
