"Hearts on Fire" song - Where can I find the version from Rocky IV?

You know how, in the movie during the training montage, before the end of the song, as soon as Rocky starts running up that big mountain, the music changes to something else? Well, on the soundtrack to Rocky IV, that part is missing on "Hearts on Fire" at the end, instead they keep on singing the chorus til its over. Is there anywhere I can find the actual version as it was during the training montage?
