beef or pork meat !

my family loves pork meat spacialy my husband but lean meat no fat.i cook a different recipe everyday .

Hii bombshell I eat more veggie food but sometimes will eat meat the only one I dont like is pork though and like yourselves I won't eat the fat on meat its horrible and I can't see hoe or if it does you any good...littleowl

mmm beef out of the two don't really do pork but i prefer white meats if i'm honest chicken, ham. Beef is my fav dark meat though (good lordi better get off this discussion before my tummy causes an earthquake)

We are having pork tonight. We put onion, potato and the pork in a pan and added a little oil, garlic, rosemary, basil, and other herbs. They have all gone in the pan and over a low heat for about hour or so. DEVINE!

It is yummy. The roomie told her mother and now she fixes it, normally with beef or chicken - sans rosemary - to "exotic" for the roomie's dad and nephew.

Hi Bombshell, I eat a variety of meats but we tend to have more chicken and fish at home and if having pork I have as chops or a roast with plenty of apple sauce. Ellie :D

Well in the UK it is traditional to have roast pork and apple sauce with roast potatoes and vegetables for Sunday lunch or pork chop, chips and beans with the same LOL, it is what you get used to I suppose however my sister-n-law who is Thai does some wonder very hot spicy dishes with pork which I absolutely adore although I cannot cook them myself. I am a meat person and I do wonder how vegeterians manage to live without eating mean. I prefer beef and chicken but I like pork as well. I try not eat meat more than twice a week.

I was born in the Country that pork meat is prohibited to be eaten within my whole life and I never tried to eat this kind of meat but I do eat a beef meat in which it is only my wife could make it very nice and good like beef Steak.....

i never had both the receipe as i could find anybody cooked it well, so i think i need to make a day overthere and well you will treat me with your special on that day. i think you are so great and variant creative thinker in cooking
