sleeping VS working out

it is the weekend and i know i promised that i would do double time of working out this weekend....but i just can't seem to talk myself into it.....i am enjoying the time that i am here on bed......resting, typing, surfing the net and sleeping when i feel like it....
so when will i work out again? hmmmmm..... maybe, tomorrow, we'll see!

sounds like me.
i never do any exersice on the weekend,
during the week i get on my exersice bike
for 10 to 15 minutes every night.
im sure it's not long enough but it's better than nothing at all.

a few minutes a day is truly better than nothing at all....however, my doctor recommends AT LEAST thirty minutes a day.....so i just have to do it.....but then again, i could always claim i did it! LOL

Hi. that sounds like me too sometimes. But I know once I start being lazy and say will do it the next day, I'll say the same thing the next day and the next! So usually I just push myself. Do atleast alol bit, so you don't feel guilty when you enjoy the bed after :)
