"You are always on my mind to the point that I am even dreaming about you, know what I mean?" No, of course you do not, I am talking about a childrens programme, known in UK not sure about anywhere else, but it is called Peppa Pig. My daughter is mad about this programme and we have to watch it everyday, two to four times a day on her cbeebies channel and then she has it on dvd too.
I have watched it that much I even dreamed about it last night and I wake up with the peppa pig theme tune in my head as well as humming it in supermarkets as well! So thanx Peppa! (mind you, it is rather funny at times!)
What programmes are your children hooked on to the point that it threatens to seriously intrude on your sanity?
Are there any of your childrens programmes that you absolutely love?

I'm going back a lot of years since my baby is now 15 years old. The three youngest grew up with no television till they were in school, so there was no tv show like that - but my oldest was mad for Sharon, Lois and Bram's Elephant Show... and I have you to blame for the fact that the theme song is now running through my head. It's been 20 years, and I can still sing the flipping thing.. One elephant went out to play, upon a spider's web one day, he had such enormous fun... arrrggghhh!!!

Is that the show that sang " skinnermerinky dinky dink, skinnerermerinky doo, I love you...skinnermerinky dinky dink, skinnermerinky doo, I loooove yoou....I love you in the morning and in the afternoon, I love you in the evening underneath the moon...." then it repeats the first couple words again.

Ack!! Well, at least I'm not humming the elephant song anymore. That's -almost- as bad as the Song that Never Ends.. yes it goes on and on my friends... Thanks!

I liked Barney, but there was gulla gulla island, and that other show with this guy that would walk through the forest to a secret hideout or something and he would sing songs and stuff. There were puppets also. I just can't remember the name of it!!
