what is the best way to get rid of the stretch marks?

is there any way to get rid of stretch marks completely? i got this extremely stretching when i got pregnant and gain weight, it develop as stretch marks to the area that i always scratch my nails.

There really is no way to erase the stretch marks besides surgery. Some creams claim to fade them so they are less noticeable but stretch marks are permanent scars. You can try to prevent more though if you have another child. Use cocoa butter lotions liberally on your expanding belly. It will help keep your skin soft and increase it's elasticity. Plus it will help with the itching so you won't scratch so much. (and the scratching/itching didn't cause the stretch marks, it was just a symptom of your skin stretching tight.)

There is no other word excepts eating a lot of fiber food, workouts, and diet you need to workout to make your skin come back to fresh again

That will help tighten the skin which will help make the stretch marks appear smaller but they will still be there.

To me personally, i did have stretch marks after the birth of my daughter, i did try to apply vitamin E creams, but it didnt work at all, so i was just fed up and left it just like that without further treatments....now, after 3 years of delivery, i dont have any marks...so, i hope time is the good healer both physically and mentally
