Theories in Politics have been sent to the back benches some times back or they have been sent to the table of the scholars who are really in our day either in a camp of any statesman or are in the library to find out a path of redemption from the crisis of the time. We do not have any expectation from the scholars who have selected to be an ally of a statesman and thereby caged themselves within a circle however small that may be.
