How to verify Paypal?

Ok so I have a Paypal account but can't verify it because I don't have a credit card or bank account I could use. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Also, if someone sends me like a virtual credit card or something I will pay you back to the best of my ability once my account is verified. Thank you in advance.

There is no other way, my friend, because the only best way to verify your identity through your bank account information. I verified my Alertpay account only by sending them te necessary documents with my local bank account information.
Why cannot you just open a bank account and order a debit card in your area?

I guess so. Thanks for the info. Well I'm a little too young for that plus I don't speak Korean well and I live in Korea. But I guess I'll try to get a checking card that doubles as a debit card or something. I have a bank account but isn't the bank account verification for U.S. banks only?

Nope. Almost any legit officially registered bank in the world can get registered. I personaly sent my bank account info from Estonia to Canada for AlertPay, and they verified my account with no problems.

Yes, that is correct. I am currently residing in South Korea. However any suggestions will be helpful and I am willing to try them. I have added you as a friend so please accept it. I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one in this situation. Please let me know if you find a solution. I don't know if a prepaid gift card from upsidecard.com will work, but you could always try. If it doesn't, try purchasing a prepaid Visa debit gift card. That should work. I don't think you could use it to send money to though, only to verify.
