What is your point of view on the death penalty ?

There are two sides to everything and everyone has a reason for why they believe in something or why they are against something . This applies to the death penalty as well . Some may feel that this is justified because of what one did with their life while others will say that no one has the right to make a decision about weather a person lives or dies . What are views on this and why do you feel the way you do ?

I think if someone does somehting bad enough and takes the life of someoen then someone should be able to say what happens to them and if they want them to die for what they did then they shoudl be able to do this but they should make sure that the person really did it cause it would not be ok for someoen who was innocent to die cause they had the wrong person .
