An 'impression' is when people CLICK on the link/banner pointing to your blog.

Views are worth less than impressions

I really think they are the same. What you call impressions I would call clicks or leads. 1500 views a week is not a lot. I get more than 700 a week. On the other hand, 1500 clicks is a lot!

LOL. I thought you will remove the money section. You can also try adbrite. They have pay per impression system. They also don't allow make money sites. My ptc blog was rejected. But they have not rejected my website.
