Im fat and i want to get a bit thin  | |  Hey guys and advice on this. Im having problems with my stamina since im fat and the only solution i think that would work in improving my stamina is to get my weight down to 60kgs or lower cause i weigh about 75kgs now(im 5'7). Guys plz give me a good diet plan or exercise plan. really need one right now.

Professionals are better at this and if your learn from them, i mean the proper way in exercising then sometime you can make it on your own.
