some noobs question

I am thinking of referring this site to my family because lately I found out that they like posting in some forums too. I think it would be good if they can earn some money by posting here too. But there are some sites that disallow the referring from the same IP. I don't know the regulations here in myLot.
I wonder if I can still referring my family to post in this site too, but I don't want there is any trouble with it in future like banning or reducing my earning. If I can get them as a referral, can I just tell them about this site so that they can join without have to be my referral?
I've been thinking about this for some times, and I have been looking all over this place but I don't find the answer. Can somebody answer this for me? Thank you

You can refer you family members and they can use the same PC too read this

Yes, there can be more than one user that uses the same computer. Please make sure that each user has their own account, as well as their own PayPal or eGold account. Your accounts will be closely monitored due to the potential for abuse.
