is it fair to say that man is intelligent and have come a long way?

hi annjilena, yes man have done so many things which are really great and suprising ... i) We are from different countries and we are now communicating ... in www (world is small) ii) the Aeroplane ... goodness how can such heavy thing fly on the sky ... iii) the telephone and latest mobile phone .... wow the brains of the people oops i leave the other for other people to list cheers

Electricty, with out that we wouldnt have many things like outers and radios also the phone!

Our collective intelligence has certainly risen a lot over the centuries but I believe that early man, And I mean Adam and his descendants, were much more intelligent than most people alive today. We have more technology but it is the work of a few people compared to how many that actually use it. Or even have a clue as to how it works.

because i am a human then i have to say yes its fair. but still we have to think of the reactions of the apes where some people we believe where we came from. for me that was not fair, we invented bikes and computers that makes us possible to earn money here in mylot LOL...
