So angry , you don't want to talk to a family member? Did this happen to you?

I was so angry with a sibling because she is younge but is stubborn and fights back. I am so angry at her now and don't want to talk. I know I will eventually because I have a soft heart and , of course, she is still my sister, but for now,I'm soooo mad..
..I can't even say her name.... I don't know for how many days this will last. What about you, have you ever had this experience? What did you do to be able to forgive and forget. How many days did your anger last? Thanks in advance for your inputs.

it always happens between me and my mom! we always keep on fighting like cats and dogs!! and i enjoy it!! more than a mom , she is like a sister to me!! so i scold her, fight with her.. do boxing!! and what not!! but sometimes i do have some serious fights with her.. which would eventually last for months, i wouldn even look at her.. and sometimes i wont even call her "mom".....even she does the same to me. but i am more adamant than her! until i make her feel what she did was wrong , i wouldn speak to her!!.. and then after.. i would again start the normal fights, hehe lol.
