Day before yesterday I went to attend a physical training camp....... since some new physical trainer has come to our locality to teach excercise.
I attended the 60 minute physical training session everything was fine till then...
It was 6 a.m. in the morning when I returned home and I realize that I'm not able to move/rotate my neck .
I concluded some of the neck excercise that I did have caused all this probably I did it in a wrong way or continuous sitting in front of computer has caused it ......
My friend's suggested neck and shoulder massage to overcome this problem but I know
person who is saying that some vein in your neck has dislocated and it will take 3 days to come back to orignal place....and you need not do anything ? I don't know why he say like this...
I'm surprised how it all happened after doing physical exercise that is good for body...??
Are you a doctor or physical trainer or you have idea about the cause could you tell me why I feel pain in my neck as I move my neck......
When will my neck vein will come to its orignal position or its there
Before going to doctor I want to see if I can fix it on my own ....
Thanks
Ganesh

It could have been the exercise, you might have pulled a muscle whil doing one of the exercises, or you could have slept on it at a funny angle and done the same thing. A massage could help, if you have done something there may be fluid built up around the area and this could help to disperse it. I have had the same problem after stretching or bending in a funny way and it tends to resolve itself. I think it is highly unlikely that you have dislocated your neck as this would be a very serious problem and you;d really know about it by now! Although if it hasn't resolved in a couple of days i'd visit your doctor to make sure you haven't done something any more serious than a pulled muscle! Just don't go doing any more exercise classes til it's better!!!

Yes you are right I moved my neck wrongly causing this problem.....I am planning to get a massage at night before I go to bed to sleep .
Sometimes I think GOD has made our body weaker other times I think we just dont manage it to the best .....
Hope it will get set right back to normal condition on its own ...as I dont want ot go to doctor ..I am bit afraid of them also .
Yes I have stopped going to excercise but yes I still manage to walk so that my whole body may not get jammed .....
Thanks for your nice advise and response .....I will take care about my body more than before to avoid such jamm situation ....

Hi Ganesh44,
It is nothing to do with your veins, it is just that you pulled a neck muscle, I often do that when I am exercising so don't worry it will go but if you can take pain killing medication it will help but you must rest and you cannot do anything about it, only the doctor can. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH VEINS!

well i am not a doc!
my advice would be
just apply some ointment and do a slight massage in you neck!!!
that would help your neck muscle to be st right!
or other wise try doing the neck movement!! some times even a quick turn of your neck would release you from the pain! but try it slowly! it might reduce your pain!
