The 10 red Flags.

I just read the yahoo article on the red flags that relationship is in trouble.Here they are


1.You are not a VIP. If something good or bad happens to your partner, you are not the first to know.
2.Your partner avoids meeting your family or friends.
3.They don't make sacrifices.He/she won't change their plans to do what you want once in a while.
4.They can't fit in your future.When you see yourself in the future, you can't picture your partner
5.They are too controlling.
6." What are we" conversation fails miserably.When you sit them down and say are we girlfriend and boyfriend or girlfriend and girlfriend or boyfriend and boyfriend, they are confused or they say they are not ready.
7. They talk about plans that don't involve you.They want to do this and travel but they plans don't involve you.
8.Family and friends don't like them
9.They have violated your trust.
10" Unbalanced dating".He is the one to plan the outings.you never get to plan an activities.

I agree with all of the except #3 and #8.There are sacrifices and there are sacrifices. the example in the article, a guy went to Farm Aid with his lady love instead of watching opening weekend of the NFL.Maybe it is just me but I could never do that. I would have made sure she went but I wouldn't have went. Why? I would be griping that I was missing the game. I would have made plans for either earlier in the week or even later in the week.As for my family and friends having to like my partner, I think that is overrated. The author of the article said that your family and friends know you better than anyone else. Well maybe. But if I have a guy who is treating me right but my family and friends don't like him, it it okay. I will still see him but I won't try to bring him to family functions.What do you think?Is this a good list? Is the list complete? If not, what would you add? I would add if your partner is physically present but his/her mind is far, far away.
