| Have you tried to save someones marriage? | | | | Recently, one of my friends confessed that all was not well in their marriage. She felt that her husband was cheating on her. Its something that she realised very soon after marriage, but still decided to believe against it. Now she has a five year old daughter and is living with her hubby for her daughters sake. Since both of them are no longer getting along with each other, it results in big verbal fights in front of their kids. I feel that both of them should sit down and talk, try to clear out misunderstandings if any. Will it save their marriage? | | | | | | | | | | Legal Help Line Free Consultation& Low Cost Legal Help. | | It certainly can't hurt. Communication is the most important part of any marriage. The fact is, if he is cheating and has been all this time, it may not be a marriage worth saving. Staying for the kids is not a good idea. My mom stayed for us when my dad was abusive and it just made us more afraid and anxious. We wish she had left. But definitely sitting down and talking, even if it's at a restaurant so a big fight doesn't start (argument), is a start. The two aren't getting along for a reason. It may be something that can be fixed. It may not be. But not talking about it won't help. I have been married for almost 25 years and, when things get tense and we find we're snapping and not being nice to each other, I usually stop everything and say we need to talk. Usually we can communicate well enough to talk out our differences and things get better. In your friend's case, she has nothing to lose by communicating and finding out what's on her hubby's mind. If he won't talk, then she's got to decide what to do next. Best of luck to her! | | | | | | | akpay22 (110)

| | Oh 25 years, great going. As you have rightly pointed out communication would be the key and sitting and talking wont really have any adverse effect. Thanks for the response. | | | | | | | Legal Help Line Free Consultation & Low Cost Legal Help. Call Now! 1-800-610-7563 www.CenterForLegal.com | add comment | | | |

| | I think that the things can still be brought to the talks and the breakage can be avoided for the sake of the kids. If both partners have any doubt over others it can be resolved. I think those parents who can not sacrifice their ego for the kids they produced they should be dealt with strictness and should be made to suffer. Why the innocent children should suffer because of their nonsense. | | | | | | | | | | Find a Marriage License Search marriage records by name.
