Bush wants to spend at least 700 billion dollars buying up all the bad noted on the real estate the banks are holding. That is stupid in it's self but then today they were talking about letting the banks sell all these houses for about 50cents on the dollar. That will totally destroy what little is left of the real estate market. People are sitting here paying the payments on say a 400 thousand dollar house. They decide to sell it but the one next door is exactly like theirs and is being offered at half the price of theirs. It will devalue every house that isn't in the bail out by at least 50%. Maybe I'm missing something but that sure sounds stupid to me. All I can say id God please help us.

This is a politics debate. Next time goes to either Politics or Debating. Christianity is suppose to deal with God and I think this was the idea since you are rated no 1 I would believe that it was you who form is forum.

Christian with attitude you see the reason why people run from being a christian. Your attitude is a negative one. I thought you place it in the wrong forum but instead of being a nice christ like person you make the devil sweep in. My friend the bible says you are in the world not have the world. Remember you type what you think. This was a negative thinking.
Please as a christian try and act christ like. This is the reason I don't watch the ratings here in MYLOT No 1 in Christian with a dirty attitude.

Well, unfortunately, this is about what the World is coming too anymore as a whole. Due to everyone loosing their jobs, homes, Medical, etc. how can you guarantee what will be out there tomorrow, so maybe this is their Quick fix solution, but in the long run, will end up hurting the economy, and everyone around us. Does that mean he is going to make sure the Interest rates drop too, especially if yours are higher to where you can afford a place as well? To me, this sounds like another way to get people in over their heads again even though the prices on everything will be down. I just truthfully think no one is looking at the BIG picture, and we are headed for a severe depression here in the USA as well. All I can say is will we ever be able to dig our way out? I guess, only time will tell.

If our economy totally crashes I doubt if very few will come out of it alive. This means the trucking industry would fall and if this ever happens most people won't have food. If you do there would be people that would kill you to get it. This could easily be the way God intends to pluck the evil from this earth. The only ones that would survive are the ones close enough to God that He could guide them through it. Can you even imagine what would happen in a place Like New York city or out in the LA Basin if the food stopped? Hungry people are the most deadly animal God put on this earth.
