Why do websites pay after you earn a certain amount?

If there are thousands of members on a site and they all expect to get paid after earning every dollar, they would not have enough hours in the day to keep up with payouts, much less anything else.

I understadn whay you need to earn quickly - me too! Sadly, Charlie, I've found that it's taken much more than a month to get an income worth speaking of, though it seems to depend on your nationality and that of the site.

Are you just talking about Mylot or other sites, where you post stories and articles? My experience is in both.

Some say that having a wide facebook etc circle and promoting to there gives you a wider circle of friends and increases your page per views. With mylot, it seems to be about completing tasks that others give you and responding to many discussions intelligently - although how it's decided what your psots are worth is not explained.
