Which is funnier, American Dad or Family Guy?

It's Family Guy all the way. I've tried watching American Dad but just can't sit through the whole episode. It's weird since they're both created by the same guy.

I love Family Guy, I watch it most days as it's shown late night on BBC3 in the UK. I've only watched a couple of episodes of American Dad, and although it's a pretty good show, it's not a patch on Family Guy. It's like Matt Groening made both The Simpsons and Futurama, The Simpsons is possibly the highest-grossing show on Fox, and Futurama was cancelled after a couple of series' (though I do believe more have been made?).

I choose family guy mainly because I dont even like american dad they try to hard to be funny and most of the time it fails. But family guy is usally pretty funny and its one of my favorite shows on tv even though the new episodes kind of suck wish they went back to how they made them before.

I think fmaily guy is way funnier than american dad. I like the characters a lot better on family guy. Stewie is hilarious wiht his world domination plots.

I have only seen a couple of episodes of American Dad and it just didnt really grab me but Family Guy is a flipping riot! I dont watch it often but when I do catch an episode it has me in a fit of giggles the whole time so definately Family Guy!
