Yesterday during my 11 mile training walk, I came across the deer again at the park. I tried again to get pictures with my phone, but they were still not visible. Today, the deer were about 4 feet away from me and I finally got a good picture. These deer are always patient with me, waiting while I fiddle for my phone, find the setting, then take their picture. This was the biggest one, and it really just seemed comical that the picture finally worked!

I will look at it after I post this discussion. I am glad that you got your photo of the deer. I love taking photos of the wildlife.
I sit in my back yard and snap photos of the butterflies, dragon flies what not that is in my yard. I do love it.

We have a fair amount of wildlife around here, mostly deer, but some other stuff too.

Wow reiny! Wow reiny! You did it! He's a beauty! I can
see him really clear and what a big beautiful deer! You
really got a clear close shot! This is one of your best
ones ever! No guessing this time. I rated you a big plus!
Well, I rate all your pictures a plus even for the ones
I wasn't sure about seeing. But this one is incredible
and you took it with the phone. I am really impressed. It's
like you said, he was just waiting and posing for you. What
a beautiful face. After I finish typing this I'm going back
to look at him somemore! Congrats on such a great shot!

Thanks! I almost didn't even try to get the shot because the last ones (even one the day before) were so bad. But I'm a glutton for punishment so I tried. And it finally paid off!!!! WOOHOO!

We aren't really in the city, so it's pretty common to see animals all over. A few months ago there was a bobcat or cougar or something like that around a local college. They never did find it, but it doesn't bother people...
