why I always fall asleep when I do the meditation relaxation  | |  When I listen to the music of meditation relaxation at the last step of yoga, I always cann't hear the teacher saying, maybe I relax my body overreach, I always fall asleep. is that ok???

I don't use yoga dvd where the teacher will guide you all the way
I just read instructions on a magazine for 30 mins yoga and still at the end of it I always end up falling asleep maybe I have to change the music by then
but when I wake up I feel so alive though so maybe it supposed to happen:)
