i dont think anyone knows about this as for the decompression it will take a huge time.may it will be bigger than total download time.so you may find it by searching continuously in google or yahoo and you may find it somewhere.
also specify the extension of such files may be i can help you then...

I hard about KGB Archiver and tried myself to use it.But,somehow I could not manage it,that means I did not know how to use this software,it takes a lot of time compressing the software but I believe decompressing does not take that much of time.
