When you have lost a love, have you found someone better or someone worse?

For most people definitely they would say the one who came after the lost love is better but of course there are some too who although they don't realize it have found someone worse than the lost love. Some even regret having accepted that new love and being into that relationship. So tell me does always losing a love means that you will find a better love?

I am really lucky. My last relationship was awful.
After about a year of being single, I found Mr. Right.
He's so good to me, and he shows me the respectthat I deserve. I do not regret leaving my ex at all.
Someone better came along and I would not trade him for the universe.
